Found & Lead Instructor
Chiara is a passionate Pilates and Gyrotonic instructor in Sydney who brings her love of movement to every session. With a rich background in dance and the following certifications, she understands how bodies move and heal With over a decade of experience in dance, including ballet and contemporary styles, Chiara has been teaching group and private Pilates classes since 2019. Her passion shines through in every session as she empowers clients to transform their fitness journey with grace, strength, and balance.
Zoey
Yoga Instructor
Zoey is a vibrant yoga instructor who brings positive energy to every class and interaction. With certifications in Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin yoga, she creates a welcoming space where clients feel supported and energised. Zoey believes yoga is about cultivating joy, mindfulness, and community. Her classes leave you feeling uplifted, refreshed, and ready to embrace life with renewed spirit.

Our Approach
GYROKINESIS® methodology utilizes movement principles similar to yoga, dance, gymnastics, swimming, and tai chi. The exercises work the entire body through seven natural elements of spinal movement: forward, backward, left side, right side, left twist, right twist, and circular, as well as all joint articulation. Classes focus on fluid movement sequences that energize the body while calming the mind.
